Leads integrated communications and influencer strategy for clients, including campaign development, influencer casting, outreach, negotiations, content approvals, measurement, optimization, and media pitching. Manages client relationships, internal projects, junior staff, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring regulatory compliance. Develops strategic materials, provides counsel, tracks campaign performance, builds media and influencer relationships, and stays informed on emerging platforms and industry trends.

Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to design and improve operational systems, drive cross-functional initiatives, manage staffing and resource planning, reduce administrative burden, coordinate new business operations and proposals, and increase accountability and efficiency across the agency.
