Develops and maintains relationships with financial advisors and RIA enterprise clients, distributes active, passive, and alternative investment solutions, and delivers DWS’s value proposition to achieve sales targets. The role leverages internal specialists and client referrals to deepen relationships and expand business across multiple product lines.

Develops expertise across equity sub-industries, covers 60–80 securities, and generates differentiated investment ideas. Responsibilities include fundamental equity research, financial statement analysis, three-statement modeling, forecasting, DCF and comparable-company valuation, SEC filing review, primary research, management engagement, and delivering actionable recommendations to portfolio managers. The role also requires maintaining industry relationships and sourcing and reconciling data using Bloomberg and FactSet.

Leads platform strategy and client distribution for DWS active, passive, and alternative investment solutions. Develops research-based content for web, marketing, and sales channels; represents investment thought leadership digitally and at conferences; collaborates with ETF, alternatives, account management, internal sales, and product specialists to achieve sales targets; and strengthens relationships with key wealth-management clients. Requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 10 years of industry experience, and Series 7 and 63 licenses.
