Own product areas from discovery through launch, including roadmap prioritization, customer research, requirements, workflow design, testing, and outcome measurement. Partner with engineering, design, compliance, sales, customer success, and founders to solve complex regulatory and operational problems. Analyze product and operational data, triage issues, coordinate launches, and establish effective product processes in a fast-moving B2B SaaS startup.

Own automated product quality for a compliance engine by building a registry of traceable compliance scenarios, translating regulations into deterministic tests, and expanding integration, API, end-to-end, and regression coverage. Establish CI/CD quality gates, release-readiness criteria, and visibility into coverage and failures. Collaborate with engineers and Compliance experts to validate complex rule interactions, edge cases, remediation flows, and production defects.

Build and operate end-to-end web application features using Python/Django and React. Manage CI/CD with GitHub Actions, deploy AWS infrastructure through Terraform, and participate in on-call support. Collaborate directly with customers and internal operations to turn feedback into product improvements. Contribute to technical planning, code reviews, refactoring, and feature ownership from conception through post-launch support.
