The Demand Planner develops monthly consensus forecasts, analyzes sales trends and demand drivers, maintains AGR forecasting data, and monitors forecast accuracy. The role manages weekly retail orders, product launch and channel allocations, non-saleable inventory forecasts, excess and obsolete inventory reduction, and performance reporting. It partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and the France-based demand planning team to improve product availability and business decisions.

Oversee HR operations across a designated retail and wholesale region. Responsibilities include employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, policy compliance, onboarding, offboarding, exit interviews, manager coaching, talent retention, and support for HR initiatives. The role partners with regional leaders, supports retail leadership recruitment, guides office operations, conducts store visits, and helps implement performance reviews and policy changes during an approximately six-month contract.

Lead Diptyque Americas’ end-to-end supply chain operations, including demand and supply planning, retail distribution, logistics, inventory management, 3PL relationships, transportation, warehousing, budgeting, reporting, and sustainability initiatives. The role oversees supply chain optimization, technology improvements, KPI performance, and a six-person team across the USA, Canada, and LATAM while partnering with global and local stakeholders.
