Prospect and close new B2B clients in NYC for HR solutions (payroll, benefits, compliance). Manage a pipeline, run full sales cycles (3–6 months), sell consultatively to executives, and consistently hit/exceed quota.

Provide non-medical in-home care for seniors including ADLs, bathing and dressing assistance, mobility/transfers, supervision and companionship, medication reminders, meal preparation, light housekeeping, exercise support, and accompaniment to appointments (may require driving).

Sell HCM/HR services by prospecting, cultivating relationships, managing the full sales cycle, negotiating contracts, handling post-sale implementation, maintaining CRM pipeline (Salesforce), meeting sales quotas, and performing frequent domestic travel for client meetings and events.
