Conduct industry and market research, map companies and senior professionals, build executive networks, identify emerging talent, prepare human-capital reports, and support executive search execution and business development. The role requires strong academic performance, emotional intelligence, persuasion, critical thinking, resilience, initiative, and confidence engaging senior leaders. It is designed for candidates graduating in Spring 2026.

Summer Associate supporting executive search through industry, company, and individual research; market mapping; human capital reports; project analysis; search execution; and business development. The program offers mentorship, training, global exposure, and direct involvement in client projects. Candidates should be pursuing a bachelor’s degree, demonstrate strong research, analytical, communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and problem-solving skills, and have a GPA of at least 3.4 preferred.

Coordinates executive search mandates from initiation through completion, managing timelines, client and candidate communications, meetings, interviews, travel, reimbursements, research, market mapping, candidate data, and search documentation. Prepares polished client materials and candidate resumes, maintains the Ezekia talent relationship management system, tracks action items, and supports post-search debriefs. Requires strong organization, communication, professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
