Leads DREAM’s AI and future-ready skills program implementation across partner schools. Manages the implementation team, develops training and coaching systems, creates implementation guides and playbooks, facilitates professional development, coaches school leaders and teachers, monitors outcomes, and uses research and data to improve program effectiveness and scalability.

Leads DREAM’s AI-focused school partnerships, including partner recruitment, onboarding, contracting, compliance, data and technology coordination, cohort learning, convenings, site visits, impact measurement, and continuous improvement. Manages the Innovation Partnerships Team, collaborates with leadership and cross-functional teams, supports the AI Advisory Board, and builds operational systems for scaling programs across Bronx schools.

Leads DREAM’s Innovation Program Design team and oversees the development, packaging, implementation, and continuous improvement of AI, future-ready skills, project-based, and experiential learning curricula. The role manages curriculum quality and branding, establishes impact metrics, translates research and data into learning experiences, collaborates with technology developers and academic researchers, supports external school partners, and models classroom implementation. Requires extensive education and teaching experience, senior curriculum or school leadership, team management, and expertise in AI-enabled learning.

Leads recruitment, selection, onboarding, compliance, and ongoing partnership operations for schools participating in DREAM’s AI-focused program. Coordinates contracts, privacy and data-sharing requirements, onboarding timelines, documentation, communications, and partner logistics. Builds relationships with school stakeholders, supports technology and systems integration, provides responsive partner service, and collaborates across communications, advancement, and program teams to deliver successful cohort experiences.

Design and lead 45-minute enrichment sessions for PreK–8 students in artistic, cultural, STEM, or other specialty areas. Develop lesson plans, embed literacy, prepare materials, facilitate projects or presentations, support positive youth participation, maintain safety protocols, and collaborate with Youth Workers and program leaders to create engaging after-school experiences.

Design and deliver board game enrichment lessons for Pre-K–8 students in DREAM’s after-school program. Lead engaging 45-minute sessions, integrate literacy, prepare materials, support culminating projects, collaborate with youth workers and school leaders, encourage positive participation, and follow health and safety protocols. The role requires in-person work three afternoons per week from November 2026 through February 2027.

Provide administrative and operational support for Advancement, including Salesforce updates, donor tracking, meeting coordination, donor communications, event logistics, expense reconciliation, and cross-functional project support to enable fundraising and stewardship efforts.

The Network Director is responsible for developing and implementing a PreK-12 Humanities curriculum, coaching staff, analyzing student data, and leading curricular improvements.

Lead design and implemention of high-priority K-12 learning initiatives across academics, special education, SEL, mental health, enrichment, and AI. Define problems, set KPIs, develop project plans and accountability systems, coach school and network leaders, convene cross-functional partners and external stakeholders, monitor outcomes, and scale initiatives into sustainable practices. May supervise ~two direct reports.

Lead design and implementation of rigorous, Regents- and AP-aligned 9-12 math curriculum; create assessments; analyze student data; design and deliver professional development; coach school leaders and teachers; conduct instructional walkthroughs; and ensure PK-12 STEM alignment across multiple campuses.
