Own the full sales cycle for mid-market and enterprise accounts: prospecting, discovery, demos, pilot scoping, negotiation, and close. Target CTO/CIO buyers, design paid pilots with the technical team, provide product feedback, and help build repeatable sales processes and messaging.

Work with enterprise customers to identify problems, design and ship LLM-powered and agentic systems to production. Build context-learning capabilities, knowledge-management agents, evaluation and confidence systems, and scalable AI orchestration to drive adoption and expand impact.

Build and run outbound pipeline end-to-end: account research, list building, multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn), and coordinated account plays with AEs. Measure and optimize plays, write the outbound playbook in-platform, and be accountable for meetings booked, opportunities generated, and sourced revenue as you ramp.

Lead product design across the full lifecycle: research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and high-fidelity interfaces. Collaborate with engineers and PMs to ship and iterate, contribute to a scalable design system, and conduct user research to inform elegant, practical solutions for ambiguous enterprise AI problems.

Embed with customer teams to map real operational workflows, scope and run AI deployments from data pull to measured impact, prototype with users, present results to stakeholders, and translate field insights into product and engineering priorities.

Build and own Edra's recruiting engine: source top technical talent for NY and London, run full-cycle recruiting operations, implement ATS/CRM (Ashby), design interview processes, and scale hiring using tooling and AI.

Own and scale Edras strategic partnerships: build partner-sourced pipeline, create co-sell motions, manage joint business plans and commercial mechanics, enable partner sellers, and represent partner needs internally to drive enterprise pilots and conversions.

Lead Edra's public voice and cadence: revive public presence, craft founder voice, produce customer stories, define category language, and drive industry engagement and recruiting narrative.

Design, build, and productionize LLM-powered systems and agentic workflows. Extend the core context-learning library, implement human-in-the-loop feedback and confidence scoring, architect scalable AI orchestration, and contribute to AI strategy and product capabilities.

Build and own backend platform systems around AI models: design APIs and database schemas in Python (FastAPI), create connectors, integrations, data pipelines, internal libraries/SDKs, and deployable infrastructure while collaborating with a small engineering and AI team.

Build and own full-stack platform systems around AI models: APIs (FastAPI), frontends (TypeScript + React), shared libraries, integrations, data pipelines, and developer tooling. Drive design, implementation, and production ownership while shaping technical direction and engineering culture.

Build high-quality user-facing experiences using TypeScript and React, influence frontend architecture and product design, own features end-to-end, collaborate with designers and AI experts, build libraries/SDKs/component systems, and debug backend issues when needed.
