Design, build, and operate scalable backend services and APIs for a SaaS platform using Python/FastAPI. Ensure reliability, performance, and observability across distributed systems. Work with PostgreSQL, SQLAlchemy, Temporal, Redis, AWS, and Terraform. Build frontend features with React and TypeScript, integrate third-party APIs, adopt AI-assisted development tools, mentor engineers, and drive architecture and developer experience improvements.

Manage a book of SMB accounts post-sale, run onboarding and product demos for French-speaking clients, drive adoption, retention and expansion, develop success plans, monitor health metrics, and coordinate with Sales, Product, Service Delivery, and Support to resolve issues and improve processes.

Triage, investigate, and resolve customer-reported issues across SaaS and desktop apps using logs and internal tools. Reproduce and document bugs for Engineering, evaluate browser/network errors, complete technical tasks for CSMs, contribute knowledge-base articles, and escalate complex issues with clear context.
