Own end-to-end technical recruiting for a high-growth AI startup: source, outreach, interview, and close engineers and researchers; partner with founders and leads; build recruiting systems using in-house AI search tools; shape talent brand and scale hiring rapidly.

As a Founding Account Executive, you will manage the entire sales cycle, develop strategies for high-value customers, and run product demos, all while helping to cultivate the NYC office culture.
