Own full-cycle recruiting across operations, product, and engineering roles. Partner with hiring managers on role definition, interview planning, sourcing, and closing strategies. Build multi-channel talent pipelines, maintain candidate pools, track recruiting KPIs in Ashby, improve interview processes, and deliver a high-touch candidate experience in a fast-growing startup.

Manage daily New York office operations, including supplies, snacks, mail, deliveries, guest reception, office communications, and workspace organization. Plan monthly socials, support culture-building events, survey employee preferences, and coordinate updates across multiple offices. The role is in-office four days per week and requires strong organization, communication, adaptability, and operational experience.

Leads finance strategy, FP&A, accounting, forecasting, budgeting, cash management, compliance, reporting, fundraising, investor relations, and financial systems. Partners with executives and the Board on capital allocation and growth planning, oversees SaaS metrics and ASC 606 revenue recognition, builds scalable processes, and recruits and develops the finance team in a rapidly growing startup.
