Manages ACH digital payments product development, roadmap execution, agile technology delivery, testing, documentation, and go-to-market activities. Partners with technology teams, financial institutions, merchants, acquirers, issuers, consumers, and technology partners to deliver secure, convenient payment experiences. Requires digital payments knowledge, technical understanding of web services and backend processes, business acumen, communication, negotiation, project management, and matrix-management skills.

Administers and configures the Planview enterprise portfolio management system, maintaining data quality, workflows, reporting, resource planning, and executive dashboards. Develops custom SQL-based reports and analyzes project and resource data to support scheduling and delivery decisions. Provides technical administration, user training, system maintenance, and configuration changes while minimizing impacts to users. Collaborates with project managers, resource managers, executives, and IT teams, with potential progression into project management.

Develop and maintain mainframe applications using COBOL, JCL, DB2, and CICS. The role requires expertise in CICS Web Services, while DB2 stored procedure experience is advantageous. This is a long-term position based in New York City.
