Own full enterprise sales cycle across North America, build territory strategy, generate outbound pipeline, close $200K+ ARR deals, leverage AI tools for prospecting, apply MEDDIC, collaborate with Solutions Engineering, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, and Partners to drive long-term customer value.

Manage full customer lifecycle for North American customers—onboarding, adoption, training, renewals—while building proactive relationships, coordinating with support/engineering/product, tracking success metrics, and supporting upsell opportunities.

Deliver instructor-led training (onsite and virtual) and lab-based workshops for threat analysts and administrators. Develop training content, learning paths, and certification programs.
