Fireblocks Benefits Overview

Design and build AI-driven systems, analyze large datasets, optimize LLM performance, manage business stakeholder projects, and ensure production-grade analytics solutions.

Lead Fireblocks’ global total rewards strategy, including annual and mid-year compensation reviews, salary architecture, market benchmarking, pay equity, benefits programs, budgeting, and compliance. Manage Radford, HiBob, and Pave workflows while partnering with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, Finance, and business leaders. Develop compensation communications, support offer approvals, and refine rewards programs across international markets. This is a one-year fixed-term contract requiring three days per week in the office.

Leads integrated B2B marketing strategies across events, content, social media, and paid digital campaigns in the Americas. Partners with sales and demand generation teams to plan events, manage vendors and budgets, create branded experiences, nurture leads, and analyze campaign ROI. Oversees event communications, logistics, sponsorships, swag inventory, project documentation, and post-event recommendations. International travel is required.
