Lead and scale a global Customer Success organization across AMER, EMEA, and APAC to drive adoption, retention, expansion, NPS, and renewals for complex banking, payments, and enterprise accounts. Build playbooks, run data-driven operations (GDR, NDR, health scores), leverage AI and automation, partner with Sales/Product, and own lifecycle from onboarding to renewal.

The Director of Marketing Operations is responsible for evolving marketing strategy, refining the technology stack, and reporting on marketing performance to support scalable growth and data-driven decisions.

Run full-cycle recruiting for GTM (Sales, Marketing, Sales Engineering), advise GTM leaders on market intel and comp, build pipelines, improve sourcing and process, partner with People Ops and hiring managers, and use metrics and AI tools to increase hiring velocity and quality. Hybrid role in NYC (3x/week).
