Perform daily fueling, inspections, and basic maintenance support for paratransit vehicles. Record fuel and inventory data, check fluid levels and tire condition, clean vehicles and yard, reposition vehicles for dispatch, respond to spills or safety issues, and communicate findings to shop and operations leadership. This entry-level role offers hands-on exposure and career pathways into mechanic, maintenance supervisor, or driver positions.

Perform hands-on fleet readiness and yard support: fuel vehicles, check fluids/tires/visible condition, maintain fuel and inspection records, report damage or safety issues, keep yards and workspaces organized, and assist with light facility or vehicle tasks following safety procedures.

Leads a team of Candidate Experience Specialists and oversees candidate onboarding from offer acceptance through training initiation. Ensures documentation accuracy, compliance with EEO and ADA requirements, scheduling readiness, cross-functional coordination, KPI tracking, reporting, and process improvement. Coaches team members, resolves complex onboarding issues, standardizes practices, and supports training and professional development.
