Serve as the tax and technical authority during enterprise sales, leading discovery, product demonstrations, solution design, integration scoping, gap analyses, and deployment playbooks. Advise customers on VAT/GST, US sales tax, tax engines, and ERP integrations. Feed customer requirements into product development, create sales enablement materials, monitor regulatory changes, and lead tax-focused technical workshops with senior stakeholders.

Own technical implementation of e-invoicing and digital tax compliance solutions for enterprise clients. Gather requirements, design integrations, perform gap analyses, troubleshoot API and data issues, manage implementation timelines, and support go-live. Collaborate with product, engineering, support, and solutions teams while translating business, technical, and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions. Work with APIs, JSON/XML payloads, webhooks, authentication, data mappings, ERP and financial systems, and modern AI tools.

As Head of Product Marketing, you will drive the narrative and positioning of Fonoa's AI Tax Operating System, focusing on go-to-market strategies, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for product releases and pricing.
