Generate new business opportunities by prospecting banks and fintechs, qualifying financial crime and compliance needs, managing leads in HubSpot, and collaborating with sales and growth teams on outreach strategy. The role also requires developing expertise in financial crime, fraud, KYC, identity, and compliance markets while independently improving sales processes and messaging.

Own and expand Footprint’s partnerships channel with consulting firms and advisors serving banks and fintechs. Responsibilities include managing existing partner relationships, sourcing and closing referral and channel agreements, defining partner economics, enabling partners to explain the product, improving referral-to-revenue handoffs, and building the reporting, processes, and playbook for a scalable channel function.

Lead technical deployments of Percy, an agentic financial-crime compliance platform, for banks and fintechs. Configure and build customer-specific agents, integrate APIs and data pipelines, run historical-case backtests, debug cross-system issues, and guide customers through production rollout. Develop reusable implementation tooling, templates, and patterns while feeding customer insights back into product development. Serve as the primary technical customer contact and partner with core engineering on complex fixes.
