Lead business development and marketing strategy for Fried Frank’s Strategic M&A practice. Develop go-to-market plans, client targeting initiatives, thought leadership campaigns, events, pitches, proposals, and marketing materials. Conduct market and competitive research, manage directory and award submissions, maintain proposal databases and reporting systems, and support attorneys’ business development goals. Manage and mentor junior team members while collaborating with partners, attorneys, marketing, research, and global business services teams.

Develops and supports Power BI reports, dashboards, semantic models, and SQL-based analytics for Finance and business services. Translates requirements into reporting solutions, troubleshoots production issues, migrates SSRS reports, manages data security, and supports Elite 3E financial systems. The role documents data definitions, coordinates testing and deployments, triages ServiceNow requests, and contributes to Microsoft Fabric and AI-assisted reporting initiatives.

Supports financial services attorneys with derivatives and structured-products transactions. Responsibilities include conducting market research, drafting deal documents, communicating with clients and counsel, filing transactions with the SEC, and maintaining detailed deal records. The role requires strong organization, communication, attention to detail, financial markets interest, and flexibility for significant overtime during a two-year commitment.
