Lead international and U.S. tax planning for renewable energy, power generation, and grid infrastructure investments. Responsibilities include transaction structuring, mergers and acquisitions, tax due diligence, deal-model analysis, tax-risk assessment, transactional documentation, transfer pricing, withholding tax, repatriation planning, and monitoring BEPS Pillar Two and OECD developments. The role partners with finance, treasury, deal teams, internal tax colleagues, and external advisors while supervising tax engagements and driving cross-functional initiatives.

Perform power system production cost simulations and quantitative research to evaluate grid performance, market dynamics, and investment viability. Prepare executive-level reports and recommendations, model impacts of policy, renewables, storage, and large loads, and collaborate across GE Vernova teams to support clients including utilities, IPPs, hyperscalers, and policymakers.

Lead systems engineering for product integration and configuration control. Define and flow down requirements, drive verification/validation and risk/CTQ trade studies, manage interfaces with partners and subcontractors, and supervise staffing and performance development. Serve as technical resource and lead small, low-risk projects to ensure design-to-production delivery.
