Lead growth initiatives for Gemini Exchange by enhancing user activation and engagement through strategic planning, experimentation, and collaboration across teams.

Lead and manage Gemini's benefits and leave programs across the U.S. and Singapore, including strategy, vendor management, compliance, renewals, Open Enrollment, leave administration, reporting, communications, and process improvements. Partner with Payroll, Legal, People Ops, and external vendors to ensure accurate administration, regulatory compliance, and an excellent employee experience while driving automation and strategic initiatives.

Design, build, and operate scalable batch and real-time data pipelines and infrastructure. Own end-to-end data products, establish observability and data quality, troubleshoot production issues, document architectures and runbooks, and partner with analytics, ML, and product teams to deliver reliable, self-serve data solutions.
