Operate and automate the companys data infrastructure as an SRE: build IaC and self-service tooling for provisioning, scaling, failover, and recovery; optimize relational and non-relational datastores; define SLOs and observability; integrate pipelines and messaging systems; participate in on-call and incident response; reduce operational toil.

Provide technical leadership for Gemini’s internal engineering platform. Design and operate cloud, networking, compute, storage, CI/CD, observability, and infrastructure automation systems. Build self-service platform services, APIs, tooling, and workflows that improve developer productivity, reliability, security, and infrastructure efficiency. Lead architecture across teams, establish SLOs and production standards, coordinate incident response, automate operational toil, influence technical direction, and mentor engineers.

Own and grow Gemini’s institutional OTC and execution business by originating client relationships, driving spot, derivatives, and structured-product flow, and providing high-touch coverage. Partner with Trading and Product to improve liquidity and execution, identify revenue opportunities across OTC, custody, staking, and derivatives, build strategic partnerships, represent Gemini in client engagements, and shape institutional go-to-market strategy.
