Support preparation of forecasts, budgets, and management/company financial reports. Perform variance and fluctuation analyses, assist monthly general ledger closes and expense allocations, improve reporting/processes, and complete special projects for the SAF team. Use Workday for expense forecasting and communicate results to department leaders and firm leadership.

Support PMO and Project Managers to plan, execute, track and report complex initiatives. Own assigned projects end-to-end, draft charters, build cross-functional teams, manage risks/issues, prepare status reports, run meetings, and present progress to senior leadership.

Lead development and implementation of new investor products and product enhancements. Coordinate cross-functional teams (Tax, Legal, Compliance, Fund Accounting, Operations), build financial models, negotiate terms, mentor junior staff, and deliver strategic, data-driven recommendations to senior leadership.

Support the Marketing COO and Head of Marketing with operations: vendor onboarding and management, budgeting and expense tracking, project coordination, process documentation, workflow optimization, stakeholder communications and approvals, KPI tracking, and preparing reports and presentations for senior leadership.

Support external wholesalers to drive distribution across wirehouses, broker-dealers and RIAs via outbound outreach, lead generation, pipeline and CRM management, meeting preparation and follow-up, product and competitive knowledge, and high-touch client service.

Prepare and review investor tax deliverables (K-1s, PFIC statements), federal and state tax returns, and related tax forms; compute quarterly estimated taxable income; liaise with external advisors and internal teams; support ASC 740 memos, audit tax footnotes, investor inquiries, tax notices, and process improvements using AI-driven tools.

Support development and execution of investor-focused integrated marketing programs (events, email, web, digital, thought leadership). Manage campaign workflows, collateral, and website content; coordinate internal stakeholders; run email campaigns via Eloqua; support virtual and in-person events; track and analyze program performance; project manage meeting logistics and follow-up; contribute to team operations and brand amplification efforts.

Lead firmwide AI-native business transformation by partnering with business stakeholders to redesign workflows, operating models and decision processes using modern AI (agents, RAG, context layers). Develop roadmaps, business cases, reusable patterns, governance-aligned solutions, and adoption strategies while coordinating AI engineering, data, and change-management teams to deliver measurable value and secure, compliant enterprise AI deployments.

Design, build and scale Treasury reporting, analytics and automation using Power BI, DAX and SQL. Lead data governance, integrate multi-system data, deliver executive and operational dashboards, support stakeholders, and evaluate AI-enabled analytical use cases.

Lead data governance and stewardship for the Investor Partners Group: manage a data steward team, drive data strategy projects, define glossary and lineage, enforce standards and SLAs, partner with stakeholders to improve data quality, and deliver automated analytics and reports to senior leadership.

Lead change management initiatives across project lifecycles by developing strategies, communications, training, and adoption measurement. Coach teams, partner with stakeholders for needs assessments, build training content and process maps using Visio/SharePoint/PowerPoint, deploy digital adoption tools (e.g., WalkMe), troubleshoot vendor issues, and apply data to measure and reinforce adoption.

Provide high-level administrative support to Senior Leaders in the Investor Partners Group: manage calendars, coordinate domestic and international travel, handle CRM/SharePoint data entry and reporting, track expenses, prepare meeting materials, support vendor and process reviews, participate in improvement initiatives, complete ad-hoc projects, and provide backup support across the Executive Assistant team.

Lead a research team delivering executive briefings and relationship intelligence. Manage CRM and social-data, build relationship-mapping tools, oversee analysts, ensure data quality, and integrate insights into firm workflows.
