Supervise and manage an after-school group, ensuring participant safety and positive youth development. Plan and deliver sequenced curricula and activities (arts, recreation, academic enrichment), track student progress, organize culminating events and family engagement, supervise support staff, attend trainings, complete required documentation, and act as a mandated reporter. Maintain facility security and support outreach to ensure attendance and participation.

Build trusted relationships with highest-risk individuals and community members in Bronx neighborhoods, mediate conflicts to prevent gun violence, provide crisis intervention and referrals, document contacts and incidents in databases, participate in trainings, be on-call and work flexible hours including nights and weekends, and mobilize community violence-reduction efforts.

Lead accounting for a nonprofit, overseeing fund accounting, complex financial reporting, audits, government contract and grant compliance, banking and cash management, and accounting system improvements. Manage the accounting department, prepare quarterly and annual financials, and maintain auditor and regulatory relationships to ensure financial sustainability and compliance.
