Leads full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, candidate selection, hiring-manager consultation, ATS management, outreach, career events, offer preparation, and onboarding support. Trains managers on ClearCompany and provides recruitment-related technical support. Builds talent pipelines, develops customized recruiting strategies, supports inclusive candidate experiences, and maintains relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruiting partners across New York City.

Serves as the HR contact for assigned programs, supporting onboarding, employee transactions, inquiries, policies, offboarding, payroll documentation, reporting, HR events, and new staff training. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition, HR, payroll, and program teams; handles employee concerns and special projects. Requires weekly travel to assigned program sites throughout New York City.

Provides comprehensive case planning and casework services for youth and families in foster care. Manages 16–20 cases, conducts family and home safety assessments, coordinates referrals and treatment teams, attends court and permanency hearings, maintains ACS documentation, and develops permanency plans. Works with social workers and community partners to support youth safety, well-being, trauma-informed care, and lasting family or community connections. The role is primarily onsite in New York City, includes field work and some evening hours.
