Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding. Coordinate interviews, maintain candidate pipelines and records, support hiring managers with documentation, and use ClearCompany ATS for recruitment workflows. Conduct outreach campaigns, represent the agency at career fairs and recruitment events, build community partnerships, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

Coordinates family team conferences, including scheduling, documentation, participant notifications, space preparation, transportation arrangements, and database updates. Provides front desk and administrative support by greeting visitors, handling calls, distributing resources, preparing reports, and assisting program staff. Requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, strong organization, attention to detail, teamwork, and trauma-informed family support.

Provides administrative and project support to Human Resources, including onboarding, employee clearances, HRIS and ADP data entry, licensing reviews, audit preparation, personnel file maintenance, and employee inquiries. Coordinates with internship coordinators and Facilities, Purchasing, IT, and Finance departments. Supports reception, I-9 verification, medical clearance scheduling, reporting, procurement, and other HR operations.
