Responsibilities include managing recruitment, selection, onboarding, student support, activations, reporting, dashboards, Airtable systems, operating rhythms, documentation, and cross-functional coordination. The role also supports campus leads, captures student feedback, resolves blockers, and improves processes across internal teams, agencies, contractors, and regional partners.

Supports communications launches and proactive campaigns across health, education, and personal finance. Develops messaging, media strategies, briefing materials, talking points, FAQs, and executive summaries; translates complex technical work into clear audience-specific narratives; monitors media sentiment and emerging risks; and coordinates cross-functional stakeholders across product, policy, legal, marketing, research, and communications.
