Partners with subject matter experts and stakeholders to define learning objectives, translate complex processes into actionable content, and apply adult learning principles. Creates instructor-led and self-directed training, manages accessibility and version control, supports trainers, and measures training effectiveness through assessments, surveys, and performance metrics.

Leads operational standards, SOPs, process documentation, change management, and readiness activities across markets. Partners with IT, Legal, Compliance, Training, and Operations teams to implement system and process changes, maintain governance, support testing and workflow design, and drive consistent adoption. Uses audits, operational data, feedback, and performance metrics to identify improvements, monitor adherence, and support corrective actions.

Leads and governs an enterprise-wide project management office, overseeing strategic initiatives, operational programs, technology investments, and transformation portfolios. Establishes PMO standards, methodologies, tools, and governance; provides executive visibility into delivery status, dependencies, risks, and financial impact; supports private equity value-creation initiatives and integrations; applies Lean process improvement; and builds a high-performing EPMO team.
