Coordinates contracts, compliance tracking, procurement activities, government filings, vendor documentation, renewals, audits, and purchasing processes. Maintains compliance calendars and contract records, follows up on outstanding requirements, supports government and funder reviews, and collaborates with program, finance, HR, purchasing, vendors, subcontractors, and government agencies. Provides administrative coverage and event coordination as needed.

Supports the Program Director in operating an afterschool program for elementary and middle school students. Responsibilities include supervising participants and staff, implementing enrichment activities, developing lessons, managing schedules and attendance, maintaining records, coordinating supplies and trips, meeting health and funder regulations, and building relationships with families, school personnel, and community stakeholders.

Supports older adults in affordable housing by assessing social-service needs, developing care plans, coordinating healthcare and benefits, making referrals, documenting services, conducting wellness checks, and addressing housing concerns. The role also promotes tenant engagement through educational programs, activities, events, and community-building initiatives while maintaining communication with tenants, families, providers, and community partners.
