Provides legal counsel to product and commercial teams at a digital health company. Drafts and negotiates health plan, employer, partnership, data, technology licensing, MSA, BAA, and NDA agreements. Advises on AI-enabled products, privacy, intellectual property, product claims, healthcare regulations, CPOM, fee-splitting, telehealth, and fraud-and-abuse risks. Builds legal processes, templates, playbooks, and workflows while managing matters and providing practical risk guidance.

Leads revenue operations across the GTM funnel by building Salesforce and AI-powered dashboards, KPI frameworks, forecasting processes, and reporting workflows. Partners with GTM leadership, Finance, Systems, Enablement, and developers to improve data quality, translate business needs into technical requirements, manage processes, support adoption, and deliver executive-ready insights. Oversees reporting across Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Highspot, and related platforms.

Leads strategic Fortune 500 client accounts across the full customer lifecycle, including adoption, retention, renewals, revenue growth, and executive relationship management. Partners with product teams to influence roadmap decisions and champion new offerings. Requires enterprise customer success or account management experience, employer healthcare expertise, strong communication, strategic thinking, and fluency with AI tools. Travel up to 40% is required.
