Uses Meltwater, Monday.com, and ChatGPT to improve PR workflows and measure media performance.

Leads end-to-end management services pursuits across the Americas, coordinating proposals, RFPs, presentations, stakeholders, timelines, reporting, and submission activities. Partners with leadership, business development, marketing, sales, operations, finance, and subject matter experts to develop win strategies and deliver compliant, high-quality materials. Maintains pursuit pipelines and reporting, improves workflows and quality standards, manages risks and issues, and supports process optimization and knowledge management.

Supports energy and decarbonization initiatives through asset and portfolio analysis of energy performance, emissions, building systems, financial data, and market trends. Develops analytical models, visualizations, benchmarks, and pathway analyses; researches technologies and regulations; validates enterprise data; and translates technical findings into recommendations. Collaborates with investment, asset management, development, engineering, sustainability, data, technology, consultants, and regional teams.

Manages construction managers, contractors, architects, and engineers while overseeing schedules, budgets, change orders, contracts, payments, safety, drawings, project updates, and client requirements.
