Leads the global property marketing technology ecosystem, owning platform strategy, website product lifecycle, roadmap, integrations, analytics, attribution, architecture, privacy, accessibility, compliance, and AI capabilities. Translates business needs into technical solutions, governs vendors and launches, establishes data and measurement frameworks, and partners with IT, Legal, Privacy, and regional teams to deliver scalable, secure, compliant digital experiences.

Supports commercial real estate investment management through project underwriting, asset management, investment vetting, market research, due diligence, and financial analysis. The intern will work with experienced real estate professionals, coordinate multiple assignments, and complete a capstone project presented to investment management leadership.

Leads Hines’ enterprise content and information management program, governing how business documents are stored, accessed, retained, secured, and managed across platforms including Box and SharePoint. Partners with Legal, Compliance, Records, Information Security, IT, vendors, and business teams to establish governance standards, manage migrations and platform enhancements, support compliance, and improve content readiness for search, automation, and AI. Supervises administrators, analysts, and outsourced partners while managing vendor relationships and platform roadmaps.
