Leads TP ICAP’s global Derivatives Compliance Advisory function across Rates, FX, money markets, and government bonds. Provides strategic regulatory guidance, manages international compliance teams, advises senior stakeholders, oversees new products and strategic initiatives, leads regulatory change and remediation programs, supports transaction reporting frameworks, delivers training, and represents Compliance at executive and regulatory forums.

Develop and support low-latency algorithmic trading platforms, execution strategies, order-management infrastructure, rules engines, and smart-routing solutions. Collaborate with quants to implement models and signals, conduct statistical analysis and back-testing, and customize algorithms for clients. The role requires expertise in equity market microstructure, quantitative trading, Java, Linux, performance-focused object-oriented design, and automated testing.

Supports SEF compliance through real-time trade surveillance, electronic communications monitoring, regulatory reporting review, and investigation of market irregularities. Responds to CFTC and SEC inquiries, coordinates with the NFA, supports regulatory examinations, validates processes and procedures, and prepares weekly industry comparison reports. The role requires financial services compliance experience, strong communication skills, teamwork, and advanced Excel capabilities.

Develops and implements pricing models for fixed-income financial instruments, builds and supports financial software, and provides analytical services to brokers across asset classes. The role enhances financial models, supports market-data clients, communicates across teams, works independently under time pressure, and mentors junior staff. The position requires strong quantitative and analytical skills, financial software development experience, spreadsheet-based systems experience, and knowledge of financial market data communication technology.

Own and shape the strategy, roadmap, development, and lifecycle of OTC derivatives data products. Identify new data opportunities, coordinate data procurement and quality assurance, develop business cases, and collaborate with Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, and clients. Serve as a subject-matter expert on interest rates and credit derivatives, support product launches and enhancements, provide sales and client input, and participate in industry marketing activities.

Support Account Management to drive revenue and retention through account analysis, pipeline development, renewal monitoring, CRM maintenance, cross-functional collaboration, contract and enablement support, client-ready materials creation, IP protection, and market/competitive monitoring.

Elicit, analyse and document business and operational requirements for equity trading systems. Work with Product Managers, Product Owners and development to define scope, drive feature delivery, support testing, govern estimations, track risks/dependencies, and leverage AI tools to improve analysis and stakeholder communication within an Agile/SAFe delivery framework.

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software and proprietary APIs for Linux/Windows. Lead feature delivery, mentor engineers, ensure secure coding, testing, CI/CD practices, and support external clients integrating with the API. Collaborate on architecture, performance, and risk/compliance requirements.

Cover US equity algo order flow (single-stock equities and ETFs), meet electronic desk revenue targets, monitor algo orders in real time, provide client account management and pre/post-trade analytics (TCA), prospect and convert clients to the Liquidnet platform, collaborate with RM and cross-functional teams to drive product adoption and performance.

Design, implement, and maintain enterprise-grade front-end applications; collaborate with UX and back-end teams to integrate APIs; optimize performance and accessibility; enforce code quality via testing and reviews; contribute to front-end architecture; mentor junior engineers and share best practices while staying current with emerging front-end technologies.

Lead end-to-end delivery of technology change for Rates & FX hybrid broking platforms. Define roadmaps, manage integrated plans, governance, RAID logs, budgets, and stakeholder communications. Coordinate cross-functional teams, drive delivery in SAFe/Agile/Waterfall or hybrid environments, and promote AI-enabled tooling to improve delivery and SDLC efficiency.

Sell and drive adoption of RealQ/Liquidnet trading platform to buy-side institutions. Identify and convert new clients, deepen relationships with portfolio managers and traders, collaborate with product/trading/account teams, demonstrate workflow improvements, and manage client engagement to grow order flow and long-term strategic partnerships.

Design, implement, and maintain scalable low-latency trading software for fixed-income systems. Own features end-to-end, collaborate on architecture, mentor junior engineers, ensure QA and security, and promote engineering best practices and CI/CD.

Support the Senior Tax Manager with US federal and state corporate tax returns, IFRS and US GAAP tax provisioning, tax payment calculations, tax calendar maintenance, tax notice tracking and responses, W-9 and FATCA/CRA support, and liaising with legal on tax-organization issues.
