Executes monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; prepares journal entries, reconciliations, financial reports, and NetSuite dashboards. Applies loan accounting standards, supports CECL reserve calculations, assists with audits and regulatory reporting, documents internal controls, and improves accounting processes. Collaborates with Data, Risk, and Engineering teams to ensure systems accurately reflect financial activity.

Serve as the CEO’s strategic partner by managing a complex calendar, coordinating board, investor, and partner meetings, overseeing domestic and international travel, tracking commitments, and acting as a liaison with key stakeholders. Support company events and major initiatives, handle sensitive information, manage occasional personal tasks, and improve the CEO office’s systems, workflows, and operating rhythm.

Designs and operates scalable data infrastructure for high-volume batch and real-time workloads. Builds partner data-sharing platforms and identity graph foundations while improving data quality, lineage, observability, reliability, governance, privacy, and access control. Develops reusable tooling and frameworks for internal and external data consumers, supports secure and auditable data exchange, and partners cross-functionally on platform architecture, incident response, monitoring, and capacity planning.
