Teams at Imprint

Lead vision, roadmap, and governance for Imprints design system. Partner with design, engineering, and product teams to build scalable, accessible components, evolve tooling toward AI-consumable foundations, mentor a small team, and contribute hands-on to architecture, documentation, and execution.

Own and maintain the corporate financial model and recurring reporting cadence. Provide strategic finance analysis, forecasting, variance diagnosis, ROI and P&L support, and board-ready materials. Partner cross-functionally (Commercial, Risk, Growth, Accounting, Treasury, Data) to drive decisions, automate processes, and surface actionable insights from BI data.

Own technical accounting for high-risk areas (loan accounting, CECL, revenue recognition, IPO readiness). Build technical accounting policy manual, controls, reconciliations traceable to source data, and scalable GAAP-compliant ledger/tagging frameworks. Lead and develop accounting team, partner with data/engineering, manage close operations, and drive audit readiness and financial statement comparability.
