Connected. I chose “connected” because our team operates with a strong sense of unity and shared purpose, no matter where we are. Whether collaborating from the Denver office or working remotely across time zones, there’s a strong commitment to communication, trust and support. We celebrate wins together, proactively share learnings with one another and move as one team toward common goals. That sense of connection is what makes our culture not just productive, but meaningful.
How does a strong team culture make you feel more connected to your day-to-day work?
A strong team culture makes my work feel personal. It gives every task, every meeting, every win more meaning. When I’m surrounded by people who support and challenge me, I naturally feel more motivated. I want to show up, contribute my best and go the extra mile... not because I have to, but because I’m genuinely invested. Whether I’m working from home or walking into the office, I feel energized knowing I’m part of a team that’s aligned, collaborative and driven by winning together.
