What It's Like to Work at Intellistack

What are your team’s traditions or growth opportunities? How do these traditions help team members connect, evolve and stay motivated?

We’re always evolving our growth programs and traditions to meet people where they’re at, and there are a few meaningful rituals that bring our team together and keep us connected. One of my favorites is our Thursday office lunch; lunch is delivered, and we all make time to gather in the kitchen, catch up and share a moment away from our desks. It’s simple, but it builds a real sense of camaraderie. 

We also host monthly go-to-market meetings that bring the broader team together, including remote and in-office folks. These meetings always include breakout discussions around timely topics, which give us a chance to collaborate with people we might not interact with daily. It’s a great way to hear new perspectives and spark ideas. 

What makes these experiences even more impactful is our culture committee, a group of team members from across different departments who help plan initiatives that bring people together and reinforce our values. From organizing engagement activities to supporting inclusive moments of connection, they ensure our culture isn’t just something we talk about, it’s something we actively invest in. We had an office mini-golf competition last month which was super fun.
