Supervise the Situational Awareness Communications Center (SACC), support the SACC Manager, monitor access control, video management, and situational awareness systems, produce reports and briefings, oversee SACC and SOC operators, support first responders, and coordinate with Port Authority security and day-to-day operations at the World Trade Center.

Provide courteous customer service and directional assistance to pedestrians across a client site, using handheld devices. Respond to incidents (elevator entrapments, snowstorms, crowd control, hazardous conditions), assist with deployments across the site, and support overall site safety and visitor information needs.

Provide visible proactive patrols and emergency response at assigned client sites. Conduct physical security checks, investigate suspicious activity, create incident reports, coordinate with GSOC and security leadership, and deliver customer service. Must be field-facing with ability to work varied shifts and maintain compliance with training and standards.

Perform vehicle and driver credentialing at the WTC site: greet drivers, scan licenses, verify vehicles against schedule using handheld devices, coordinate with stakeholders and law enforcement, follow SOPs to resolve scheduling conflicts, and assist with screening and site operations.

Provide proactive visible patrols and emergency response at client sites. Perform security checks, investigate suspicious activity, coordinate with GSOC and leadership, create incident reports, operate access control/CCTV/alarm systems, and deliver customer service. Field-facing role requiring standing, walking, flexible shift availability, and close public contact.

Greet and check in drivers and vehicles at a secure site using handheld scanners, verify scheduling, follow SOPs to reconcile conflicts, coordinate with stakeholders and law enforcement, and perform customer-service oriented credentialing duties while standing or walking for shifts.
