Oversee security operations and administrative functions across a large, multi-site contract. Manage guard personnel, attendance, discipline, training, post orders, incident reporting, compliance, performance measures, financial objectives, and client-directed requirements. Provide operational updates to senior leadership, maintain security standards, support first responders, and recommend policy improvements.

Monitors regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards, maintains audit-ready records, supports policy development, conducts compliance reporting and risk assessments, coordinates training documentation, and collaborates with legal and operational teams to address compliance gaps and regulatory changes.

Leads workforce planning, staffing analytics, operational strategy, and process improvement. Manages and mentors a team, uses forecasting and operational data to anticipate staffing needs, identifies workflow gaps, develops scalable solutions and SOPs, and produces reports and recommendations. Partners with cross-functional operations teams, challenges decisions when necessary, drives process adoption through training and feedback, and oversees administrative functions supporting field staffing and scheduling.
