Greet and check in drivers and vehicles at a secure site using handheld scanners, verify scheduling, follow SOPs to reconcile conflicts, coordinate with stakeholders and law enforcement, and perform customer-service oriented credentialing duties while standing or walking for shifts.

Perform vehicle and driver credentialing at the WTC site: greet drivers, scan licenses, verify vehicles against schedule using handheld devices, coordinate with stakeholders and law enforcement, follow SOPs to resolve scheduling conflicts, and assist with screening and site operations.

Provide visible proactive patrols and emergency response at assigned client sites. Conduct physical security checks, investigate suspicious activity, create incident reports, coordinate with GSOC and security leadership, and deliver customer service. Must be field-facing with ability to work varied shifts and maintain compliance with training and standards.
