Conduct prospect identification, wealth screening, and donor research for major and principal gift fundraising. Analyze advancement and constituent data, create prospect profiles, dashboards, and reports, maintain Raiser's Edge data integrity, and establish scalable screening and prospect-management processes. The role collaborates with gift officers, Advancement leadership, Information Technology, and Advancement Services while supporting data migration, enrichment, deduplication, and workflow improvements through technology and automation.

Provides administrative and operational support for a university Honors Program, including recruitment, enrollment and course scheduling, student records, progression tracking, communications, events, experiential learning coordination, assessment reporting, graduation certification, and collaboration with campus offices and community partners.

Provides individual and group psychotherapy, crisis intervention, assessment, consultation, and referrals for college students, with specialized support for neurodivergent individuals. Develops neurodivergence-focused programming, workshops, psychoeducational materials, and community initiatives; advises the Neurodiversity Club; trains and consults with campus partners; supervises graduate clinicians; and contributes to Counseling Center operations and on-call services.

Manages the New Rochelle Economic and Small Business Development Hub, including programming, business counseling, workshops, events, coworking space, contracts, reporting, marketing, community outreach, and partnerships with Iona University and the City of New Rochelle. Supervises staff, advisors, graduate students, and interns while supporting local entrepreneurs, minority- and women-owned businesses, and retail businesses.

Coordinates career center operations, scheduling, customer inquiries, purchasing, events, communications, marketing, and reporting. Manages Handshake and other career technology platforms, promotes programs and resources, produces outreach materials and departmental reports, monitors student and employer engagement, and supports career readiness programming and special projects for university leadership.

Leads major gift fundraising for Iona University by managing a portfolio of 50–70 high-capacity prospects, cultivating and soliciting donors, and stewarding philanthropic relationships. Oversees current parent giving, advances the Parents’ Leadership Council, partners with campus leaders on athletics and performing arts opportunities, conducts prospect research, and supports major university events and initiatives.

Administers and develops university websites, Drupal CMS, web applications, APIs, databases, CRM integrations, and enterprise web infrastructure. Maintains Drupal on Pantheon, 25Live, Slate, servers, applications, security, accessibility, analytics, and integrations. Troubleshoots technical issues, implements upgrades and patches, supports users, documents procedures, evaluates technologies, and collaborates with IT, communications, vendors, and campus stakeholders to deliver secure, reliable, accessible web services.

Leads undergraduate enrollment marketing strategy, integrated recruitment campaigns, CRM communications, audience segmentation, digital engagement, analytics, website optimization, and vendor partnerships. Uses Slate CRM, marketing automation, AI, and performance reporting to improve inquiry generation, application conversion, yield, and deposit retention. Oversees campaign optimization, content and creative strategy, SEO, A/B testing, enrollment intelligence, and one direct report while collaborating with university stakeholders and external agencies.

Develops and evaluates annual giving strategies for Iona University, managing integrated fundraising campaigns across direct mail, email, digital channels, and targeted appeals. Responsibilities include donor segmentation, database coordination, campaign testing, performance analysis, reporting, solicitation content development, and collaboration with Advancement and University partners. The role supports alumni participation, process improvements, and broader fundraising priorities, with occasional evening and weekend work.

Provides individual and group clinical supervision to Marriage and Family Therapy students through in-person and virtual observation. Responsibilities include reviewing clinical documentation, maintaining supervision records, evaluating students, ensuring compliance with AAMFT, state licensure, COAMFTE, teletherapy, and HIPAA requirements, attending faculty meetings, and submitting grades.
