Conduct prospect identification, wealth screening, and donor research for major and principal gift fundraising. Analyze advancement and constituent data, create prospect profiles, dashboards, and reports, maintain Raiser's Edge data integrity, and establish scalable screening and prospect-management processes. The role collaborates with gift officers, Advancement leadership, Information Technology, and Advancement Services while supporting data migration, enrichment, deduplication, and workflow improvements through technology and automation.

Advise prospective, transfer, and enrolled undergraduate students on course selection, degree requirements, majors, minors, transfer credits, academic standing, and graduation planning. Maintain student records, conduct milestone degree reviews, resolve curriculum and policy questions, communicate with students, support front-desk operations, and coordinate with academic and student-support offices to promote persistence and timely degree completion.

Provides administrative and operational support for a university Honors Program, including recruitment, enrollment and course scheduling, student records, progression tracking, communications, events, experiential learning coordination, assessment reporting, graduation certification, and collaboration with campus offices and community partners.
