Manage inbound phone, email, and chat inquiries from employees of small-business customers. Provide support for payroll, benefits, HR, compliance, timecards, paychecks, and the Justworks software platform. Resolve CRM cases, communicate status, escalate complex issues, maintain product expertise, and identify product or process improvements while delivering empathetic, accurate customer service.

Lead and improve Payroll operating systems by translating strategy into goals, workplans, and accountability. Run planning cycles, prioritize initiatives, track performance, and build scalable processes. Lead cross-functional workstreams with Technology, Product, Finance, and Operations to drive execution, reduce complexity, and improve customer experience and financial performance. Create clarity through documentation, operating artifacts, and evangelism while enabling teams to balance short-term delivery with long-term capability building.

Build and own production-grade AI systems for the People function, including agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, data integrations, evaluation frameworks, and privacy controls. Partner with People, data, governance, and engineering teams to transform operational workflows, ensure reliable use of sensitive workforce data, and promote responsible AI deployment. The role requires independently translating ambiguous business needs into scalable technical solutions and enabling sustainable AI ownership across the organization.
