Supports Corporate Counsel by drafting, reviewing, formatting, routing, and tracking clinical research and corporate agreements. Maintains contract templates, playbooks, standard operating procedures, legal documentation, and contract lifecycle systems. Collaborates with clinical operations, finance, compliance, business development, vendors, sponsors, CROs, and research sites. Assists with compliance initiatives, basic legal research, risk identification, and scalable legal process improvements.
