Processes vendor invoices, client disbursements, payment runs, check requests, and travel expenses. Maintains vendor records, verifies supporting documentation, applies billing guidelines, and provides accounting backup. The role also performs clerical duties and supports special projects while managing multiple priorities and deadlines. Law firm experience is preferred but not required.

Represents domestic and international insurers in complex insurance coverage disputes and litigation. Responsibilities include developing litigation strategy, researching and analyzing legal issues, interpreting insurance policies, drafting coverage advice, pleadings, briefs, memoranda, and correspondence, participating in arbitrations, depositions, mediations, settlements, and client interactions. The attorney must manage multiple matters, communicate effectively, work independently, and collaborate with colleagues.

Supports accounts payable, cash receipts, monthly reporting, general ledger accuracy, account reconciliations, discrepancy research, journal entries, month-end and year-end close activities, and external audit preparation. The role requires an accounting degree, strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and the ability to manage priorities independently and collaboratively. Law firm experience is preferred but not required.
