Lead and execute KREWE's brand strategy and integrated campaigns across Retail, eCommerce, PR, Social, CRM, and Wholesale. Build marketing plans, launch strategies, and operational systems; align cross-functional teams; mentor and manage the Brand Marketing team to drive awareness, cultural relevance, customer acquisition, and revenue.

Lead daily hospitality operations for the Patula F&B program within the 67 Gansevoort flagship, train staff on service standards, manage inventory and opening/closing, drive in-store programming and events to grow revenue, and serve as a KREWE keyholder responsible for retail leadership, sales floor management, team coaching, and maintaining brand standards.

Lead and build KREWE's talent acquisition function: design full-funnel recruiting strategy, develop proactive pipelines, partner with leadership for workforce planning, track recruiting metrics, manage a small team, and personally lead critical searches to improve time-to-fill, offer acceptance, retention, and hiring experience.
