Leads KREWE’s brand marketing strategy, demand generation, integrated campaigns, product launches, and omnichannel planning. Partners with Creative, PR, Retail, Digital, Product, and Wholesale teams to strengthen cultural relevance, drive consumer growth, and maintain brand consistency. Builds scalable marketing processes, calendars, and operating rhythms while managing and mentoring the Brand Marketing team.

Oversee the spatial, design, and visual execution of KREWE’s retail locations. Define retail aesthetics, translate brand vision into layouts, materials, fixtures, and in-store experiences, and establish actionable visual brand standards. Collaborate with founders, architectural designers, creative teams, retail operations, and store development teams on new concepts, buildouts, and openings. Provide creative oversight during execution while ensuring quality, consistency, and adherence to brand standards across locations.

Owns e-commerce site merchandising execution, product launches, content updates, Shopify catalog management, and site optimization. Monitors conversion, bounce rate, sell-through, and other KPIs; prepares reporting and actionable insights; and partners with marketing, planning, design, creative, and brand teams to improve the customer journey and digital performance.
