Lead customer onboarding and configuration of the Kustomer platform, manage multiple implementations, integrate APIs and automations, train and advise customers, troubleshoot with Product/Engineering, document best practices, and ensure adoption and project success.

Perform outbound prospecting and lead qualification across email, phone, and social channels. Research target accounts, set meetings for account executives, collaborate with sales and marketing on outreach, and meet quarterly lead and closed-sales quotas while maintaining engagement with prospects.

Lead an established RevOps and Enablement team to sharpen analytics, harden systems and data architecture, and scale AI-first workflows across Sales, Marketing, and CX. Own revenue tech stack, forecasting, GTM reporting, process optimization, and enablement programs while partnering with executive leadership to drive measurable revenue outcomes.

Own end-to-end cloud and AI cost optimization: right-size EC2, manage reservations/spot, storage tiering, build dashboards, reduce LLM token spend, codify standards with Terraform, and partner with engineering and finance to forecast and enforce cost-efficient architectures.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend and infrastructure systems (50% backend, 50% infra). Improve developer experience, observability, performance, availability, and latency. Lead large-scale architectural changes (database sharding, event bus, search scaling), mentor engineers, drive cross-team best practices, and collaborate with InfoSec on compliance and security automation.

Lead, coach, and scale an outbound BDR team to build qualified pipeline for enterprise and mid-market SaaS. Own prospecting playbooks, CRM hygiene, reporting, forecasting, and cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps. Stay hands-on by joining calls, running performance reviews, and introducing AI tooling to improve prospecting efficiency.

Lead product strategy and roadmap for Kustomer's core platform. Gather customer and internal feedback, define features, collaborate cross-functionally, and drive end-to-end product delivery with focus on AI-enabled capabilities and measurable customer impact.
