As a Performance Marketing Strategist, you will lead the paid acquisition strategy, leveraging AI for campaign optimization and collaboration with Sales and RevOps to ensure revenue growth.

Lead customer onboarding and configuration of the Kustomer platform, manage multiple implementations, integrate APIs and automations, train and advise customers, troubleshoot with Product/Engineering, document best practices, and ensure adoption and project success.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend and infrastructure systems (50% backend, 50% infra). Improve developer experience, observability, performance, availability, and latency. Lead large-scale architectural changes (database sharding, event bus, search scaling), mentor engineers, drive cross-team best practices, and collaborate with InfoSec on compliance and security automation.
