Lead end-to-end execution of complex equity and equity-linked financings for healthcare clients. Serve as ECM project manager, guide Analysts/Associates, originate business with pitchbooks, manage client and syndicate relationships, coordinate with investment banking teams, and provide market and strategic advice to maintain top-tier healthcare capital markets positioning.

Work with senior analysts to evaluate cancer immunotherapies via primary scientific, clinical, commercial, and financial analysis. Maintain trial databases, build and update financial and simulation models, write research reports, monitor regulatory and scientific developments, support conference work, and respond to internal and client inquiries.

Provide high-level administrative support to the Co‑President/Global Co‑Head of Investment Banking: manage calendar, meetings, and travel; liaise with internal and external stakeholders; prepare materials and anticipate needs; resolve conflicts and provide off-hour coverage; back up other EAs and contribute to the Investment Banking administrative team.
