Work with senior equity research staff to analyze emerging immunology therapeutics. Conduct scientific diligence, primary market research, build and maintain financial models (DCFs, scenario analyses), author research reports, communicate with institutional clients, monitor clinical and regulatory developments, and support conference activities.

Provide administrative and operational support to Institutional Equity Sales: coordinate client meetings, travel, and events; maintain CRM and distribution lists; prepare and distribute research and marketing materials; support onboarding, cross-team collaboration, and regulatory compliance; obtain required FINRA registrations.

Lead syndicate operations for equity and equity-linked transactions, coordinating deal setup, book/allocation support, settlement and reconciliations, regulatory reporting, expense/wire coordination, and process improvements across front-, middle-, and back-office teams.

Lead end-to-end execution of complex equity and equity-linked financings for healthcare clients. Serve as ECM project manager, guide Analysts/Associates, originate business with pitchbooks, manage client and syndicate relationships, coordinate with investment banking teams, and provide market and strategic advice to maintain top-tier healthcare capital markets positioning.
