Lead end-to-end execution of complex equity and equity-linked financings for healthcare clients. Serve as ECM project manager, guide Analysts/Associates, originate business with pitchbooks, manage client and syndicate relationships, coordinate with investment banking teams, and provide market and strategic advice to maintain top-tier healthcare capital markets positioning.

Lead syndicate operations for equity and equity-linked transactions, coordinating deal setup, book/allocation support, settlement and reconciliations, regulatory reporting, expense/wire coordination, and process improvements across front-, middle-, and back-office teams.

The role involves analyzing therapeutic areas, building financial models, drafting research reports, and formulating investment recommendations based on fundamental analysis.
