The Lexis Associate position is a student representative role for currently enrolled law school students, focused on supporting LexisNexis content and solutions.

The Director of Data Sciences leads a team in strategic initiatives, drives machine learning and AI solutions, and manages resources to enhance data-driven decision making across the business unit.

Serve as the Customer Success liaison into Product and GTM planning, embedding customer insights into launches, pilots, and commercialization. Drive adoption and retention through enablement, analytics-driven recommendations, cross-functional alignment, and feedback loops to influence roadmap and GTM strategy.

Design, deliver, and coach scalable sales performance programs globally. Partner with sales leaders to assess gaps, provide one-on-one and group coaching, use Gong and analytics to track KPIs, and optimize learning to drive quota attainment and productivity.

Lead a global sales organization to drive revenue, retention, and new business; set regional strategy, manage forecasting and KPIs, collaborate cross-functionally on go-to-market, enable sales with product and marketing, and promote customer-driven product development.

Lead and manage multiple large, complex IT projects across product development lifecycle. Perform data analysis to inform decisions, build roadmaps/schedules, allocate resources, ensure compliance, resolve cross-functional issues, and communicate status to stakeholders. Apply Agile practices and LLM/data-analysis expertise to drive project success.

Lead multiple high-complexity data science and AI programs, coordinating cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Data Science) to deliver milestones, improve processes, mentor junior PMs, and drive organizational change and program governance.

Manage defined large-law firm accounts to drive renewals, upsells, product adoption, and strategic growth plans. Build executive relationships, navigate complex buying groups, and use Salesforce/Gong/Seismic to inform outreach and expansion.

Lead North America legislation editorial strategy, drive AI-first editorial transformation, ensure authoritative statutory/regulatory coverage, oversee multi-region teams and operational excellence, collaborate with Product/Tech/Commercial, and develop talent and succession planning to support LexisNexis products.

Lead customer-facing, consultative upsell efforts for AI legal solutions at law firms: drive discovery, map workflows, design demos and POCs, influence stakeholders, and partner with sales/product to close and ensure adoption.

Manage North America legislative editorial delivery, supervising editors and analysts to ensure timely, accurate publication of statutory and code updates. Drive operational excellence through performance monitoring, process improvement, tooling adoption (including AI), cross‑functional collaboration, and team coaching/performance management.

Two-year rotational leadership program working on strategy, pricing, market research, business development, M&A, and sales channel projects. Define scope, analyze data and financial impact, build cross-functional teams, present recommendations, and support implementation alongside senior leaders and C-suite mentors.

Provide financial stewardship for LNNA sub-product lines: deliver management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, capital reporting, and internal control support. Advise stakeholders using scenario analysis and business insights, leverage AI for capital insights, and collaborate with Product, Accounting and Finance teams to improve performance and investment outcomes.

Lead financial decision-support for AI migration and capital investments: define, track, and govern KPIs; produce executive reporting and forward-looking analysis; partner with Data, Product, Sales, and Finance to inform budgeting, investments, and performance improvements.
