Lead finance business partnering for Editorial Operations, driving budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, performance reporting, and investment analysis across a $100M+ global cost base. Advise senior leaders on AI‑enabled transformation, scenario modelling, productivity and cost-efficiency initiatives, and link financial and operational metrics to support strategic decisions.

Lead engineering and architecture for AI-powered legal products, driving generative AI/LLM strategy, RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and customer-centered prototyping. Manage teams, offshore partners, and delivery while mentoring engineers, establishing AI engineering standards, and ensuring responsible, production-grade deployments in cloud environments.

Lead a team of Solutions Architects and Capture Management professionals to develop solution-level strategic account plans, drive pipeline generation and revenue, accelerate deals, coach and mentor staff, align product/solution messaging cross-functionally, build executive client relationships, and support key government sales opportunities.

Lead customer-facing, consultative upsell efforts for AI legal solutions at law firms: drive discovery, map workflows, design demos and POCs, influence stakeholders, and partner with sales/product to close and ensure adoption.

Support finance stakeholders by analyzing, validating, and troubleshooting financial and operational data, building budgeting/forecast models, creating dashboards and variance/root-cause analysis, and delivering actionable insights to improve commercial outcomes.
