Build executive relationships, lead onboarding, adoption, success planning, QBRs, expansion, renewals, and risk mitigation. Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Support, and Engineering to advocate for clients and influence the AI roadmap. Drive change management, training, best-practice enablement, and value realization while tracking usage, adoption, NPS, churn, and account health.
