As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you'll design and develop Salesforce solutions, manage integrations, and support the Quote-to-Cash lifecycle while collaborating with various stakeholders.

Provide L2 technical support for LucidLink's file-streaming/cloud networking product: triage, reproduce and debug customer issues across macOS/Windows/Linux, collect logs/dumps, escalate to engineering, and advise customers on configuration and best practices.

Hunt and close new enterprise SaaS customers via outbound prospecting. Build and maintain a $1M+ pipeline, execute personalized outreach, multi-thread accounts, navigate complex procurement/legal/InfoSec processes, and consistently meet quarterly NARR quotas after ramp. Use sales tech stack and value-selling (MEDDPICC) to drive deals.
