Provides psychological evaluations, diagnostic interviews, standardized testing, psychotherapy, and individualized evidence-based treatment to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. Collaborates with interdisciplinary care teams, delivers psychoeducation to clients and families, maintains confidential documentation, and participates in case conferences and professional development.

Provide primary and specialty care to residents in skilled nursing and long-term care settings through telehealth. Conduct assessments, diagnose conditions, create treatment plans, manage chronic and acute illnesses, perform exams, educate patients and families, and maintain medical records. Support quality management initiatives, compliance audits, clinical evaluations, outcome tracking, regulatory adherence, and performance improvement while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and facility staff.

Supports clinical education programs for physicians, nurse practitioners, and physician assistants. Responsibilities include provider onboarding, training materials, competency evaluations, Grand Rounds coordination, CME monitoring, quality improvement, chart reviews, performance evaluations, mentoring, curriculum development, and maintaining training records. The role collaborates with clinical, medical, education, and HR leaders to promote quality, compliance, patient safety, and provider retention.
