Develops, negotiates, and manages budgets for clinical research studies. Reviews study documentation, creates budgets and amendments, analyzes costs, negotiates sponsor payment terms, ensures regulatory and institutional compliance, tracks budget status, and advises research staff on budgeting and Medicare Coverage Analysis. Collaborates with clinical, administrative, and external stakeholders, presents financial trends to management, and leads departmental projects.

Lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives across the enterprise. Responsibilities include project planning, governance, risk mitigation, executive reporting, stakeholder alignment, change management, benefits realization, and mentoring project managers. The role partners with senior leaders to define strategic priorities, drive organizational adoption, and improve transformation methodologies and processes.

Leads integrated project controls and portfolio governance for MSK’s complex capital projects. Oversees scope, budgets, schedules, cash flow, risks, procurement, reporting, and lifecycle delivery across planning, design, construction, activation, occupancy, and closeout. Partners with leadership, project teams, contractors, consultants, Finance, and Procurement to improve project predictability, standardize delivery practices, and support executive decision-making. The role also drives continuous improvement, training, and adoption of project management frameworks.

Manages patent and royalty portfolio administration, including royalty reporting, revenue tracking, payment processing, financial reconciliation, licensing agreement compliance, deadlines, audits, and portfolio analytics. The role maintains accurate intellectual property records, supports technology commercialization, identifies process improvements, and collaborates with researchers, legal professionals, and business stakeholders.

Provide privacy legal advice across clinical, research, and business functions; manage GDPR and global-privacy compliance; negotiate HIPAA Business Associate Agreements; draft and review privacy notices; advise on cookies, trackers, ad tech, and emerging AI; support privacy-related inquiries and develop data governance and policies across the organization.

Designs and evolves Linux-based high-performance computing architectures supporting research, analytics, simulation, and AI/ML workloads. The role optimizes compute, storage, networking, and scheduling performance; evaluates hybrid cloud capabilities; establishes HPC standards and lifecycle practices; and provides technical leadership for architecture decisions and roadmap planning while partnering with infrastructure and data center teams.

Support portfolio monitoring and analysis, conduct due diligence on external managers, participate in manager selection and rebalancing, lead manager relationships and negotiations, assist asset allocation and risk management, evaluate market themes and implement investment tools and AI resources for research and tracking.
