Provides direct nursing care using the nursing process, including patient assessment, individualized care planning, treatment implementation, evaluation, education, and psychosocial support. WOC nurses additionally deliver advanced wound, ostomy, continence, and fistula care. The role supports quality improvement, clinical documentation, evidence-based practice, research trials, staff education, professional development, and unit leadership.

Supports clinical teams by answering and routing calls, managing communications, coordinating appointments, tests, consultations, treatments, and surgeries, and providing patient instructions. Manages the Biofluids Division within MSK’s Biobank and Pathology Core, overseeing specimen processing operations, laboratory staff, budgets, equipment, vendors, inventory, quality programs, compliance, and service delivery. Partners with investigators and project management teams on protocols, workflow feasibility, laboratory manuals, research support, and process improvements. Develops operational dashboards, supports new technologies and assays, and serves as a liaison across laboratory, research, and institutional stakeholders.

Operate and support PETtrace 880 cyclotron and radiopharmaceutical production. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and fluid systems; run chemical synthesizers; maintain/repair hot cells, HPLC, TLC, GC, and telemanipulators; coordinate vendor maintenance; install and commission equipment; and support automation and continuous improvement projects.

Leads MSK’s in-house video production function, overseeing creative strategy, editorial quality, operations, budgets, workflows, vendors, and team development. Develops video strategies aligned with patient care, research, education, and institutional priorities. Partners across communications, marketing, clinical, research, fundraising, and executive teams to produce audience-focused content. Drives AI-enabled production innovation, establishes performance metrics, analyzes audience data, and optimizes multimedia storytelling across digital, social, internal, educational, brand, and campaign channels.

Provide diagnostic genitourinary pathology services, engage in collaborative patient care and translational research, and participate in educational programs. Must work with the genitourinary disease management team and contribute to Oncologic Surgical Pathology training. Fellowship training in genitourinary pathology and board certification required; licensure in New York and New Jersey required or eligible.

Perform overnight pretransfusion testing and prepare blood components per physician requests. Verify patient identification, review and accept appropriate specimens, enter results into the laboratory information system, and maintain competency in Blood Bank laboratory procedures. Ensure specimen and test request accuracy and document collection details.

Provide therapeutic visits with a registered therapy dog to patients, caregivers, and staff at MSK NY and NJ sites. Commit to weekly 1.5-hour shifts for at least six months, complete onboarding (evaluation, checks, medical clearances), and maintain canine vaccination and care requirements.
